By creating an account or using CashTrack, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use CashTrack.
CashTrack provides tools for recording and managing cash-book information, including businesses, cash books, cash-in and cash-out entries, notes, attachments, members, permissions, activity history, notifications, and related functionality.
CashTrack is a record-keeping and business-management tool. It does not provide banking, investment, accounting, tax, legal, or financial advisory services.
Users remain responsible for verifying the accuracy of their records and obtaining professional advice where appropriate.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your CashTrack account and for activity performed through your account.
You must provide accurate information where required and must not impersonate another person or attempt to gain unauthorised access to another user's account, business, or cash book.
Users may create businesses, cash books, and transaction records within CashTrack.
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of information you enter into CashTrack. CashTrack does not independently verify transaction amounts, balances, descriptions, attachments, or other information entered by users.
CashTrack allows users to invite other users to businesses and collaborate on shared records.
Business owners and authorised administrators are responsible for selecting appropriate members and permissions.
Information added to a shared business may become accessible to other authorised members according to their assigned permissions.
You remain responsible for information and content you add to CashTrack, including transaction records, notes, photographs, documents, and other attachments.
You represent that you have the necessary rights or permission to store and share content you upload.
You may not use CashTrack to gain unauthorised access to accounts or data, interfere with or damage the service, distribute malicious software, abuse invitations or notification systems, violate another person's privacy or intellectual property rights, conduct unlawful activity, or circumvent CashTrack security or access controls.
CashTrack may use internet-based services to synchronise information between devices and authorised users.
Synchronisation and notifications may depend on internet connectivity, device configuration, and third-party services.
We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Eligible users may initiate account deletion through CashTrack.
Certain ownership responsibilities may need to be resolved before deletion, including where an account owns a business containing shared records or members.
Deletion of one user's account does not necessarily require deletion of information legitimately belonging to another user or shared business.
CashTrack uses reasonable technical measures intended to protect accounts and information. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
CashTrack relies on third-party services to provide certain functionality, including services from Apple, Google, and Firebase.
Use of those services may also be subject to their respective terms and policies.
CashTrack's application, branding, interface, software, and other materials supplied by CashTrack are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Users retain responsibility for and applicable rights in their own content.
CashTrack may offer free functionality and may introduce optional paid features or subscriptions in the future.
If paid digital features are introduced through the iOS application, applicable purchases will be handled according to Apple's App Store requirements and the terms displayed at the time of purchase.
CashTrack is provided as a tool for organising and recording information.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, CashTrack is provided without guarantees that it will be uninterrupted, completely error-free, or suitable for every particular accounting, tax, regulatory, or business requirement.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, CashTrack will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of or inability to use the service.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.
We may update, modify, or discontinue features as CashTrack develops.
We may update these Terms when CashTrack's functionality, business practices, or legal obligations change. The current version will display its effective date.
You may stop using CashTrack at any time and may use the available account-deletion functionality subject to applicable ownership requirements.
CashTrack may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of serious or repeated violations of these Terms, security threats, fraud, unlawful activity, or legal requirements.
